International orders should arrive within the delivery time listed above, however, customs can cause additional delays of up to 4 weeks and are beyond our control. Expedited Orders
(Express) must be placed prior to 12 pm EST to process the same business day. Orders cannot be expedited to a PO Box, items can only be shipped to PO Boxes using Standard shipping.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to final submission of your order. If a signature is required and you are unable to sign for your shipment package, the carrier will hold it at their nearest location for pickup. Any orders not picked up and Returned to Sender (RTS) or returned to us as undeliverable will be assessed a 15% restocking fee to be eligible for re-shipment.
