RETURN POLICY
WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?
Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. This is in place to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers.
Faulty items may be eligible for a return, provided they meet the following criteria:
- The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original swing tags and labels attached.
We recommend you carefully inspect your order upon arrival to ensure you are satisfied with the item’s quality.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN FOR FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within the 14-day return window, providing your order details and a description of the issue. Once approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the product.
Note: We reserve the right to inspect the item and, if deemed faulty, will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable, and returns for reasons other than product fault (such as size preference or change of mind) will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For approved returns, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of sending the item back to us unless the item is confirmed as faulty. In the case of a faulty item, we will cover the return shipping cost once we confirm the issue.
