How do I care for my House of SXN products?
We recommend gently cleaning leather items with a damp cloth and storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For metal hardware, polish lightly with a soft cloth to maintain its shine. All leathers have already been finished and do not require additional conditioners or polishes unless you so choose.
How should I think about product lifespan?
Similar to other high-performance leather goods, such as boots, riding gear, and athletic equipment, House of SXN pieces are subject to wear based on the frequency and intensity of use. Regular use will naturally show patina and character development over time. Heavy or intensive play may accelerate wear on stress points, hardware, and leather surfaces, eventually requiring replacement. Proper care and storage between sessions will help maintain both appearance and structural integrity.
What about fatty bloom on my leather product?
We strive to use leathers with high fat/oil and low chemical concentrations. As a result, "fatty bloom" - a harmless, whitish waxy substance caused by leather oils - can rise to the surface over time. Buff the area with a clean, dry cloth. For stubborn bloom, use a mild leather cleaner (spot test in a discreet area first). Store leather in a cool, dry place to minimize future bloom.
Are your products suitable for daily wear?
Absolutely. Many of our designs, including our day collars and more subtle pieces, are created with discretion and comfort in mind, perfect for both everyday elegance and statement moments.
What materials are your products made from?
Our products are crafted from the finest premium leathers such as sheepskin and nubuck, and high-quality metals with polished finishes. Every piece is designed for durability, comfort, and aesthetic sophistication.
Are your leathers ethically sourced?
Yes, we work with carefully selected leather suppliers to ensure that our leathers are ethically sourced and produced in compliance with regulatory requirements. We have performed site visits to our supplier tanneries to ensure conformance with these generally accepted standards.
Customization
Do you offer customization?
As of 2024, we no longer accept custom orders. However, we are always working to expand our product offerings. We release new collections on an annual basis. Stay tuned for future updates.
Can I request a specific color or hardware finish?
At this time, all products are available in pre-selected styles, colors, and finishes. However, we're always open to feedback for future designs.
Ordering and Shipping
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Amazon Pay.
How will my purchase appear on my credit card statement?
Charges will appear as "H. SXN" or "House of SXN" on your statement.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?
Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure prompt delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us at info@houseofsxn.com within 24 hours. While we cannot guarantee modifications, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What if I need my order by a specific date?
While we process orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date due to variables in carrier transit times and customs clearance for international orders. If you have a time-sensitive need, contact us at info@houseofsxn.com before ordering so we can assess feasibility.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Palm Beach Florida USA. Our nearest port for international shipments is Miami Florida.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location:
- Domestic Orders (USA): 2-8 business days
- International Orders: 7-30 business days, depending on customs clearance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from our Palm Beach, Florida location. International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which vary by destination country. Orders are declared accurately to ensure smooth customs clearance. Customs forms typically list items as "Leather Goods" or "Leather Clothing." Delivery times range from 7-30 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

How will my order be packaged?
All orders ship in plain brown packaging with no external branding or product description. Sender information appears as "H. SXN" or "SXN HQ." Customs documentation for international shipments lists items generically as "Leather Goods" or "Leather Clothing" to maintain discretion while ensuring accurate declaration. How do you handle my personal information?
We maintain strict privacy standards and use industry-leading security practices. Your purchase data is processed through our server-side infrastructure to minimize direct exposure to third-party scripts. What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. Do you offer wholesale pricing?
No. We collaborate with a rare few high-end showrooms globally to present our collections. Wholesale pricing and catalogs are not available.

Does House of SXN sponsor events or provide donations?
We proudly sponsor select events within the kink and fetish communities. While we wish we could sponsor every kink-themed event, we have a set annual budget for sponsorships. (NOTE: 2026 sponsorships and donations have been fully allocated and applications for 2027 will open in Q4 2026.)
