Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is paramount. All purchases are securely packaged in plain brown packaging with no visible indication of the contents, and the return address simply states "SXN HQ"
Delivery Times
Most orders within the USA arrive within 3-8 business days after the order is placed. Please note that weekend deliveries are generally unavailable, and some shipments may require a signature upon receipt.

International Orders
International orders should arrive within the estimated timeframes, but please be aware that customs delays of up to 4 weeks may occur and are outside of our control. Shipments to U.S. Military Post Offices or some international destinations may take longer. Note: Import and customs fees may apply in your destination country and must be paid by you to release your package from customs.
Expedited Orders
Expedited orders (Express) must be placed before 12 PM EST to be processed the same business day. Please note, Express orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. For P.O. Box addresses, only Standard shipping is available.
Delivery Issues
Ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. If a signature is required but cannot be provided, the carrier may hold the package at the nearest location for pickup. Orders returned to us as undeliverable (including those marked "Returned to Sender" or RTS) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee for re-shipment eligibility.
Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframes, please contact us at info@houseofsxn.com. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the items you haven’t received, and any details from your communications with the shipping carrier.
RETURN POLICY
WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?
Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. This is in place to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers.
Faulty items may be eligible for a return, provided they meet the following criteria:
- The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original swing tags and labels attached.
We recommend you carefully inspect your order upon arrival to ensure you are satisfied with the item’s quality.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN FOR FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within the 14-day return window, providing your order details and a description of the issue. Once approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the product.
Note: We reserve the right to inspect the item and, if deemed faulty, will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable, and returns for reasons other than product fault (such as size preference or change of mind) will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For approved returns, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of sending the item back to us unless the item is confirmed as faulty. In the case of a faulty item, we will cover the return shipping cost once we confirm the issue.
